Filing of form 8 for compant converted llp

09 August 2016 I would like to know, the amount to be mentioned in the form 8 for the LLP which are converted from Company to LLP in the mid year.

Will the full amount of P&L will be reported or the P&L from the date of conversion will be reported in form 8..

13 August 2016 Form 8 is always filed for the period ended on 31st March. accordingly, the amount as on 31st March has to be filled up.
I guess, you need to enter full details as on the 31st March.
