Filing of Form 29 b

A Private Limited company, who has not opted the new regime and pay tax as per regular rate, Minimum Alternate Tax is less than normal tax. In this case is form 29 B filing compulsory. Is non filing creates any default.

Form 29B is not applicable when normal tax is more than minimum alternative tax.
