If company for the year under report has no operations and the project report is yet to be finalized. Accordingly form 23ACA requires P&L a/c attachment. we have not prepared P & L A/c for the year only prepared Balance Sheet it attaches to 23AC but what about P & L a/c
You can prepare a Blank P&L A/c and then file it as an attachment.... You can also alternately file a Declaration by a Director that since no activity has taken place hence there is no P&L A/c.
