If any company has not filed Form 20B, 23AC & 23ACA for FY: 11-12 (As SRN of old CA filing 23B is not available). Can it file above forms for FY: 12-13 first and then later (after some days) on for FY: 11-12.

They can do so, there is no restriction. Generally MCA not demand for filing of Annual Filing on step by step. So you can file Annual file For they FY 2010-11 and then FY 2012-13.
You can file annual form for the FY 2011-12 lateron.
