16 November 2016 If AGM date is wrongly mentioned in AOC-4 and it has already been approved by ROC,what is the remedy?The Company is facing difficulty in uploading MGT-7 because MCA is not accepting the correct date of AGM,since it is varying with the date already mentioned in AOC-4.

18 November 2016 You can visit ROC office and try to get solution for the same. They may mark the form as "NTBR" manually from their system. However, you need to convince them.
