dear sir, i have an very important query as one of my friend has failed to submit his exam form for ca ipcc group 2 for may 17 attempt as the last date with late filling fees was 6th of march 17 now its already 11 march is there any possible way he can submit the form for ca Ipcc group 2 attaching any application or affidavit ? for the may 2017 attempt,any help will be appreciable.
