hello can an educational trust whose income for FY 10-11 is 8 laks (turnover=66 lacs)has not filled the income tax return. Do this trust can submit return before 31-10-2012. Please tell me whether the educational trust had any alternatives if it cannot submit the return

The It return for the AY 11-12 can be filed upto 31.3.2013, hence in the above case the return can be filed now...
