20 August 2010 residential status:-if a person leave India for emplyment/business/unknown period stay his status change in the current finacial year itself .
problem is :- if a person comes to india for taking up a employment/business/unknown period when his status change in the same year or after the stay of 182 days in preceeding finacial year
