29 April 2012 Reg office of my company is situated in Delhi.

My company intends to increase Authorised Share Capital from 1 lac to 1 Crore.

What will be the Fees of E-Form-5 ??

As the Stamp Duty in Delhi is NIL on Increased in Authorised Share Capital.
