Fees and stamp duty for increase in authorised capital.

18 May 2015 A company currently have Authorised capital of Rs. 1 Crore. Company want to increase its authorised capital from 1 Crore to Rs. 5 Crore. What would be Fees Amount for form SH-7 as well as stamp duty for this purpose.
