My client is a sole proprietor and he is liable to tax audit. He has employed some employees also , i just want to know wheher he will be liable to FBT.

FBT is not applicable to sole proprietor.

hes not liable for fbt n as such fbt is abolished

as per provisions of section 115W(a), defines meaning of employer, and sole proprietor is not covered in the same, further definition given under referred section is inclusive not exhaustive
