07 November 2012 A Pvt Ltd company has not filled its Annual Returns since 2001 and not prepared Audit Reports, ITR etc.

Please clarify on following issues:

Audit Report on what date to be prepared for Easy Exit Scheme.?

Whether it has to file all past Annual Returns and ITRs

What is estimated cost of under EES,2011

Whether it has to take NOC from Income Tax Dept.

One of the erstwhile director has expired, how to appoint a new director as the form.

08 November 2012 Under all circumstances you have to comply with all the e-filing with ROC and that too on year wise basis.

New Director can also be appointed.

Please note that LATE FEES are involved.

ROC and I Tax are two different entities so will be dealt separately.
