01 April 2016 Property Purchased in June 2014 above 50Lakh Payment made same Month..However TDS not deducted that time.. Recieved Notice from Department to pay tds..

Querry : If I File TDS return cum Challan Payment 26Q on 05/04/2016 whether to state Assessment Year 2015-16 or 2016-17 ???
