12 November 2015 One wants to export precursor substances. The consignee based out at Switzerland wants to ship it in his own carrier. Is it permissible.

12 November 2015 Not an issue. The requirement is that the consignments need to be got cleared at any of the Indian ports by Customs Authorities.
