21 August 2012 WE NEGOCIATE A EXPORT BILL FROM OUR BANK AND ITS DUE DATE OF REALIZATION IS 27TH MAY 2012. BUT THE PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE AND OUR BANK CRITICYLED THIS BILL.
BUT ACCORDING TO MY KNOWLEDGE WE HAVE GRACE UP TO 180 DAYS. PLEASE CLEAR THIS.

21 August 2012 180 days is the date from the clearance of goods from factory.

bank has a very little role in payment, they have to sent the bills to party banker and ask for payment,

you have to take the matter to party and chase them to make payment immediately.
