I purchased Finished goods and packing material we do only packing then export the product. i want to purchase raw material without duty so i required to register under excise ???

Both procedure is available for export without payment of duty. You can export the goods with payment of duty and file the rebate application and procurement of inputs without payment of duty also for export.
