Expenses relating to loan

A company has taken a loan amounts to 5 crores. for this stamp duty and other incidental expenses are amounts to 2 lakhs. how these 2 lakhs shall be treated???
whether these 2lakhs are debited to P&la/c or added to Loan amount.
