In Recent Notification: Duty on bulk cement has been reduced from 10 per cent to 8 per cent.

Bulk Cement is that which cleared from the factory in bulk for packing into HDPE bags or Polypropylene bags or paper bags. Which is falling under subheading no 252329 - Notf No. 20/2006 C.E. dated 1.3.2006.
