What is the percentage of exemption allowed for the donations made under 80(G)(5)(VI) of I.T.Act1961?

It is not exactly the percentage., it depends upon the following parameters:
1.The amount of donation.
2.Your Gross total Income
3.The entity to whom u have donated
based on the above it may be either 50 or 100% subject to max 10% or Gross total Income
