is it necessary to score atleast 30 marks in other papers to get an exemption in any paper? if the answer is yes then temme whr to read this rule so as to verify it..plz help.

No. This rule was earlier. But now it has been withdrawn, for around last 5-6 years. So no need to secure 30 marks in other papers for getting exemption.
