15 February 2011 Mo. She can not claim exemption now as the same has been revoked.

15 February 2011 Is it sure?

15 February 2011 Yes. Very Sure.

15 February 2011 Exemption will be valid for next three attempts.
you friend god exemption in Nov 2009 attempt, it means exemption will be carried forward till may,2011 attempt.
so according to me exemption can be claim by your friend in may,2011 exms.

ALL THE BEST....

15 February 2011 Ravi Ji in my view exemption is valid only if the student dont appear for the subjects in which he/she has exemption.
Here she appeared in the examination in the subject in which she had exemption and failed. So exemption stands revoked.

15 February 2011 100% you are right sanjay, if student appears in subject which he/she got 60 marks or more, then exemption can not claim in further.

i understand different way that he/she given only remaning subjects(e.i. other then exempted subject)

15 February 2011 SHe didnt attempt accounts paper..she failed in other 3 papers in first grp..

15 February 2011 Yes if only other subject are given and she does did not give the paper in which she had exemption then Exemption can be availed in May 11 exams.

15 February 2011 if she didnt give accounts paper then she can claim exemption in accounts. (100% sure)

15 February 2011 Thanks Sanjay bayya and ravi sir

15 February 2011 you Most welcome
