i'm newly joined a/c excu- in that company a/c dept doing freight chg showing as exempted sales is it correct or wrong

how to consider freight chg in vat & cst purchases or sales.

24 February 2014 VAT is applicable on Freight.
in case of CST, it should not be charged on freight, if the same is shown separately.
