Is excise applicable on sale of any type of scrap, raised by under construction factory.
scrap is not raised from manufacturing process.

In the setting up of factory if there are machineries fabricated and the credit on the inputs are used. Then only there wouldbe liability for scrap.
As per you no manufacturing , only consutriction of factory ( civil/ structures) areon. There would be no liability on the building scrap being generated and sold.
