i want to know that my father going to be start a business so there is a requriment of Excise No. because in his business there is a product which prepared with a raw material after boiling in water so there is requirment of excise No. and this product is used in textile

Incomplete question, Pls. give the details and name of goods. In excise registration of factory is required if excisable goods is produced.

If the product is an excisable goods [ most manufactured goods are] which is subjected ot the duty of excise [ not exempted] then the registration may have tobe taken on reaching near to 150 lakhs of value of clearacnes. Not also requires declaration on reaching 90 laksh.
