Dear sir,
We want to know, we are in construction Industry and we purchased machinery for construction purpose, for purchase of machinery we paid Excise duty, can we take credit of that against service tax liability or is it refundable from Excise Department

As per my view, you can claim cenvat credit on the machinery and utilize accordingly towards your service tax liability.
