hi, can anyone please tell me what are the excise implications in this case.. 1. company is in delhi 2. it has imported liquor which is lying with custom house delhi. 3. what are the Excise implications on it 4. after getting it cleared from custom authority when we further sell it then what are the implications related to CST and EXcise.
