excise duty on capital goods two consecutive financial year not avail by the company then after two year company can avail excise duty on capital goods or not. Thanks in advance

You cannot claim excise duty in current year on capital goods purchased in earlier years, but can claim on capital goods purchased in current year if you are registered under excise
