07 November 2008 Does the first/second stage dealer require to quote excise duty in the invoice including his profit? or is it sufficient to quote the duty as he paid to the manufacturer/fist stage dealer

07 November 2008 profit will be added but duty will be fixed as earlier charged by manufacturer. duty will be pass on next purchaser.
