16 June 2014 when goods are to be exported ,then excise duty will imposed or not?

17 June 2014 in my opinion, Excise duty not to be charge, however, it has to be debited to bond.

21 June 2014 if goods are excisable then you can export the goods in presence of excise office and follow the rule for exporting the goods.
