Sir, Can a Excisable manufacturer raise non-excisable goods invoice in the same bill book or he has to maintain separate invoice book. In the case of trading of non excisable goods , I have to inform the excise department or not.
You can not use both invoices in the same bill book, as for every year, you to declare to Excise the Invoice series to be used during the year seperately for local, export, Trading etc.
If you are a Trader, you have to inform to Excise and submit Quarterly return to Excise.
