06 November 2009 We are having 40 sites at various location across india, we make centralised TDS payment from ho for all sites.we have deposited excess tds (prof. Fees) for the month of Sep-09 on 5.10.2009. can we adjust the excess amount against TDS payable for the month of Oct-09
