In fact your total number of working days are as follows 1) For 3.5 Years @ 5 days a week it comes to 840 days. 2) You are eligible for 1/6th for leave on actual number of days served. 3) Examination dates are to be treated as served days. 4) Now you calculate how many days you have served and how much leave you have taken including examination and deduct the date of examination to arrive at the excess leave.
