14 March 2015 i have made excess payment of Advance tax , then in this situation whether i can avail interest on excess payment of Advance tax and file return after completion of financial year immediately.

15 March 2015 There is no provision of interest on excess paid income tax. you can just claim the refund, incase refund delays from the department then the interest will be paid by department
