28 July 2015 Has excel or java utility of ITR 4 for Assessment Year 2015-16 launched or not?

Income Tax website doesn't shows any option to download ITR 4.

28 July 2015 ITR4 not released as yet. You need to wait. Keep checking the website, expected to be released soon.

30 July 2015 UPDATE:

ITR3, ITR4, ITR5, ITR6, ITR7 has been notified by CBDT vide NOTIFICATION NO. 61/2015, Dated: July 29, 2015.
