=ROUND(IF(A3<200001,0,IF(A3<500001,(A3-200000)*0.1,IF(A3<1000001,(A3-500000)*0.2+30000,(A3-1000000)*0.3+130000))),0)

Where A3 contains Net Taxable Income.

but i need as per new slab after deducting 2000 ((200000 to 500000)-rebate 2000)my value comes in subtraction i want to make it 0
