pleases give me a advice we are return file or not file because our educational institution and our object is not a derived income so we require a file a return or nor file

20 March 2014 According to the section 139(4C) for the education Institutions if their Total income exceeds basic exemption limit before giving effect u/s 10 provisions is required to file Income tax return.

So in your case if with out claiming exemption u/s 10 your total income exceeds basic exemption limit then required file Income tax return.
