29 August 2013 You can send as many examination forms in one envelope as you want. Just make sure that you pay the correct amount of postage.

The Institute has not given any such rule for dispatching the forms more than one in a single envelops.

But, I will suggest you to send separately and avoid to face any future difficulties.
