26 February 2009 hi actually maine nov mein transfer liya tha aur 10 din pehle hi maine new 103 form late fine ke sath kanpur post kiya hai aur meri 23 months ki training complete ho chuki hai mujhe june mein pcc ke exam dene hai to inst se lettter aane mein kafi time lagega to kya mujhe koi problem hogi exam dene mein agar tab tak letter nahi aya to.please help me
