Examinaiton Leave for PCC (Nov - 08)

27 June 2008 Can an article exercise his due leaves at any time he want? Actually, I have earned the leave for about 110 days and I want to exercise them for my exams of PCC which are going to held in this Nov. Can I do so? Furthermore, please tell me can I avail those Sundays and other holidays as leave on which I have worked in past. Please post your precious thoughts.

27 June 2008 According to ICAI regulations articles are eligible for leaves to the extent of 1/6th of duration of Articleship....

If u want more...it is left to ur principle...

28 June 2008 180 days..... you cant take more..if you take more...you have to work for more period for the leave taken beyond the alowable limits
