11 February 2013 is there any problem if i have signed ca final exam form by blue pen (though it asks for black pen) mistakenly.

12 February 2013 It doesn't effect much. As its scanned for clear picture if not scanned copy will not be clear. So if you can send the new copy signed using black pen, then its enough.
