i am doing CA-PCC i have filed online application on 15/02/2011 but i am not able to submite that form up to now so 28/02/2011 is the last date can i post it on 28/02/2011 to ICAI New delhi with fine or without fine why means because whether that application has received by icai before 28th na

Last date of online submission is 28th but hard copies of the same could be sent by 3rd march. Anyways u can sent it thru speed post it vl reach newdelhi withn 24hrs.
