Dear Sir,
Please guide to me i am preparing eway bill so i have to selected transaction always regular or bill to ship to invoice value Rs.294000/- same state distance from supplier to buyer 50KM buyer has not registered in GST

Bill to ship to is selected when you are making delivery of goods to third person on instructions of Your buyer ( means recipient of goods and Buyear are different person) , if buyer and recipient are same than YOU should select Normal
