Sir We need your help. We are given cash Incentive / cmmission to our employees. PLs write us that we should deduct ESIC on such payments.

Yes , wages as per ESI act ESI is Applicable on incentives allowance or incentive Bonus however not include Annual Bonus,reward scheme, exgratia payment made every quarter or every year, Gratuity ,compensation, retrenchment ,encashment leave etc
