Whether esi & pf is applicable on contract labour... Also if applicable whether both employer & employees contribution is to be made....

Yes ESIC & PF is applicable. However ESIC is not applicable in few regions, so if the contractor is working in that region ESIC will not be applicable. Yes Both employer & employee contribution is to be made
