one of our employee who joined our firm on 1.01.2016 was availing ESI benefit in his earlier employment. Now his salary is Rs. 20,000/- and ESI is not applicable to him. but he want to avail the ESI benefit. can we provide him with same.

As per ESI rule Ceiling limit of salary Rs.15000/-, if you want to continue than you have to restrict his salary to Rs.15000/- balance you have to show reimbursement against voucher.
