Sir, One of my client(AOP) has already filed return within due date for A.Y 2014-15 without mentioning Registration number u/s 12A and "Whether registered u/s 44AB". I have filed a defective return u/s 139(9) for rectifying "Whether registered u/s 44AB". as Yes. Now I received an intimation u/s143(1) for a demand of Seven Lakh due to non mentioning of Registration no. u/s 12A. How can I rectify the above mentioned return.
