I did mistake during efiling. I filed my income tax return without mentioned income and send it to CPC for further process. Now I got letter from CPC that my case has been referred to local income tax dept. The local IT dept said they can't be change anything in online efiling. Please advice to how rectify my income tax return so that I can get my tds return
You should receive a notice from the jurisdictional AO soon. Once the notice is received then you can go ahead make your representations before the AO. nothing can be done before that.

I already received the notice letter from AO and the matter I already explain to them. The said they are unable to do any changes in e filling. Please advise

thats surprising!! there is no provision which bars AO to make any changes once the return is referred to him/her. Nevertheless I agree with Siddhartha. File revised return.
