what are the benefits of ERP software.how it is different from other normal softwares,As it costs near about 5 lakh how it justify its cost and what extra benefits we can take from it..

This software have so much restrications, so that even from purchase order to payment, everything needs authorization
you cant send any item out from your business area until you put entry in system...
in mah view its really superb..........

Hlo mr. Ankit thanks for ur reply. Can you give me things in detail or a link so that I can know what are things which I can get done with ERP.Actually we have recently installed ERP system in our company but do not know the functions of ERP in detail... except the basic things which we do in other local software... thanks in advance
