13 October 2014 Hi,

Can you anybody help me the following:

I have been working in a Private Limited company since Sept-2005 to till date, I want to resigned from this company in january-2014.If i will resigned in January-2014, then my pension amount will be transfer to pension fund or i can withdraw the pension amount also.

As per rule after 10 yrs you can not withdraw pension untill age of 58 yrs, however you can continue pension fund with new employer.
