Epf above 15000/- salary

18 September 2014 I think if EPF is applicable on a company , employee drawing monthly salary (basic + DA) much above 15000/- like 50000/- , EPF is deductible on atleast Rs. 15000/- .
please correct me if I am wrong.

18 September 2014 Yes. where the salary exceeds Rs.15000, there is option to deduct atleast on Rs.15000

21 July 2015 Whether it is optional to deduct epf of employee getting salary above 15000/-
or
it is compulsory to deduct on 15k atleast.
